Does Employee Self Service allow you to create job letter requests?

If i understand your requirement correctly, you can't do that through ESS but the ATS (LinkedIn Talent Hub) will allow you to create a job offer letter and send that out to the candidate.
Upon hiring the HR manager can attach the job offer letter to your employee record, which you should be able to retrieve from your ESS.
Hi Attique, sorry I am referring to a Job Letter to prove the employee works at the organization. This is usually needed by Banks or other companies for proof of employment.
Thus, this 'job letter' is required during the tenure of the employee at the organization.
There is nothing in ESS or Dynamics 365 HR that provides the type of letter you are looking for. This would need to be a manually created letter. However, this would be a great suggestion for an enhancement to the product. I encourage you to submit a suggestion to the Ideas Portal for the Engineering team to review.
