Expense Report-Dimensions tab is not active

Hi,

Financial dimensions tab on expense report form is not active. This installation is on cloud and i couldn't find the reason. I set up an offset account on payment method form and this account needs dimension update. So when i want to post the expense report, i get missing dimension update. How can i activate dimensions tab on expense report?

Hi Hüseyin,

Are you running this expense report with a specific role? Is it a custom role with new privileges? Can you provide some more information?

Hi André, my role is system administrator and i see dimensions tab on the other forms. Also we didn't make any customization, MS has just deployed this instance on Azur, onebox. Do you need any other information? Thank you for your help...

Hi Hüseyin,

Can you check if the correct account structures (with correct dimension segments) are setup on the form Ledger?

Also check if you did hide the tab (by accident) using a form personalization.

I have found the reason, expense report set up-->General-->Expense report fields form is where we set up each field as display and do not display. Thank you for your help...
