Purchase Order is Confirmed. Batch job runs every 2 hours.
PO email status is the system is 'Sent'. But the outlook email outbox has no trace of the email.
Supplier also confirms not receiving PO confirmation email.
We use the print management and SMTP to send out the email. Tracking the missing POs is also tricky.
PO email subject does not capture Purchase Order number.
Have any one faced this issue ? Any help on this issue is appreciated.

Have you tried to setup an internal email address to check if the email delivery is working? If this is working, you can check with your system administrator if there are policies which prevents SMTP to send emails out of your organization.
