Cannot select Email Body Layout Description

Hello

I can't select the Email body layout description from the Report Layout selection

Any ideas how to populate this or why it is not populating?

    Hi,

    Please check if there is a Email body layout is already there, by going to the custom layout with that report id 1305, and than please tick and Untick of User of Email body button and than try to select the layout again.

    Hi Nitin

    The only custom layout that is available is: RDLC.. Do I need to create a custom Email Body Layout?

    If I select this layout, I'm receiving the following notification when trying to send an email:

    The html output format is not supported by the current report layout format.

    Yes, create a word document layout and attach there and then check.

    Why we cannot assign RDLC report .

    I have customized my report in RDLC.
