did any one have idea of how to use custom control developed using c# in ax form

You can used MangedHost control. you can do this by following way
1-In the AOT, right-click the Forms node, and then click New.
2-Right-click the Design node, and then point to New Control > ManagedHost.
3-In the Managed Control Selector dialog box, in the top grid, select the System.Windows.Forms
assembly, and then in the Controls select your required control , select Button, and then click OK.

In AX2012, use the ManagedHost control, as Ali mentioned. Look at a tutorial here.
Older versions of AX don't support managed controls directly, but they do support ActiveX controls, therefore you would have to encapsulate your custom control to an ActiveX control (see Exposing Windows Forms Controls as ActiveX controls).
