I am after a bit of advice from anyone who has successfully integrated Adobe Echosign with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and loaded up some Word documents.
I have followed all steps below and integrated successfully.

The issue I have is that the formatting on our word .docx order forms is not working as desired.
I have attached below the formatted version we have created which works, but if you see the second screenshot of what the customer sees, it is "white-ing" out the borderline within the doc
Any help appreciated .
