No plugins or custom C# code to extend workflows. this info is right or wrong

    Yes, there are certain limitations. But I haven't heard that the Professional use rights should block the implementation of plugins and workflows.
     
    This is an excerpt from the latest D365 License Guide (July 2024) for Customer Service.

    Page 13-15 is the one that is directly related to Customer Service.

    Hey.

    There are no restrictions on Plugins or C# code.  The restrictions are in some features that you can't use. But for example, plugins running on case creation are valid.

    No this is a misconception, With the Customer Service Professional license in Dynamics 365, you can extend functionality using C# plugins and custom code.
     
    • You can leverage Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to create custom applications and workflows.
    • Additionally, you can use Copilot plugins to integrate AI-powered tools and connect to various data sources.
