AX 2012 R3 on an Intermec CK3

We are upgrading from AX 4 to AX 2012 and we will be implementing CK3's into our warehouse with this new version. I have them now able to get to our portal using Intermec's HTML 5 software. The issue I am having is once I get to our main site on the gun, I have to clear cookies and history in order for the gun to get to the logon screen and work. Has anyone run into this?
