I'm in the process of Upgrading Service Fabric Cluster from 7.0.x to 7.2.x. I have successfully initiated the cluster upgrade of ther 3 Upgrade domains I have two have been upgraded successfully i.e UD0, UD1 but now its stuck in the UD2(Management Reporter(single instance) and SSRS(single instance)).
Below is the image from Get-ServiceFabricClusterUpgrade.

Any help?
7.2?
Yes
Thanks,
I managed to solve the problem. I restarted the nodes using Service Fabric Explorer and they all updated. I discovered that what made it to be in "InProgress" mode for such a long time was that there were only single instances of both MR and SSRS servers. Hence, it could not restart them since it could not pass the PreUpgradeSafetyCheck as its supposed made sure that the service is always up and there was no other instance to do that. So in this case a restart of the nodes was my solution and it did the magic!
PreUpgradeSafetyCheck
Just want to point out that 7.2 has been out of support for quite a while, and even 7.3 receives no more updates I believe. You are way out of support, so why not upgrade to an actively supported version?
That was the latest version available which I could upgrade to when I did Get-ServiceFabricRegisteredClusterCodeVersion
Get-ServiceFabricRegisteredClusterCodeVersion
I guess these are some service fabric related version numbers, not F&O numbers lol. Carry on.
