In our organisation, we would like to record all question responses, anonymously. This is so that we can report on historical data using Power BI. Currently, our aggregtaed reporting imports directly from the msfp_ tables in Dataverse. However, if a user deletes a survey from Customer Voice, then all our responses are deleted and our reports lose their historical data.
I could use Power Automate to push each question response to a spreadsheet. But was wondering if there are any smarter alternatives?
