Business Process Error - Infinite Loop - Workflow logic

Hello, 

I am creating a new workflow and processes with in the case entity in Dynamics 365. 

I have complete all the fields in the stages and want to test it live, but i keep receiving this error when attempting to create a new Case record.

I have searched top to bottom and can not find any errors in the Process, Workflow, Fields, Stages...All other forms are working and successful. 

Please assist!!!

    Hi,

    As mentioned in the error message, this workflow is stuck in an infite loop which happens when you trigger the workflow on some field and within the workflow updates the same field.

    So when it updates, it again try to call itself and so on. I think after 8 tries, it will give you this error by default.

    You need to review your implementation and put some check to avoid update which could cause recursive infite loop problem.

    Please share screenshot of the workflow ,make sure you are not updating or creating any case inside workflow steps .

    Hi, here is the workflow process i created.

    I can go into an already created case and change the process to use this, but can not create a new case.
