Hi!
When I set up a customer journey with an email and a Customer Voice survey the triggers won't work. So when I choose "if submitted" every person who go through the journey will fall under the "no" - path. I only have trial license and were wondering if that might be why the triggers do not work? Or do anyone have another explanation why the triggers do not work?
I have turned on the feature switches and do not allow anonymous answers and I can see that the answers are submitted both in CRM and Customer Voice.
