Electronic reporting source - File states for the sources not refreshing

Hi,

We are looking to use 'electronic reporting source' as part of the modern bank feature setup to import the bank statement in automatically from sharepoint. In our UAT environment, i previously had the setup complete and working whereby the bank statement files were loading in from Sharepoint using a batch job against the import bank statement option. However, for some reason now D365 is not recognising the fact there are new files saved on sharepoint. I recreated the electronic source setup as below to see if that would work and saved new files in but its still not refreshing with any new files identified. If i delete the electronic source setup (below) completely then import the files manually through the bank statement import option then I am able to specify the sharepoint folder manually (same folder) and load in the files fine. But with the setup below it just states there are no suitable files in the source. It just appears that the new files are not being recognised by D365, whereas it was working totally fine a few weeks back.

Any idea why this would happen?

Thanks

I have noticed the same issue new files are not being detacted. It could be related to Microsoft's restrictions on Batch processing (Configure document management - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn).  Earlier it was possible to use the credentials of batch 'Run as' to access SharePoint.
