Want to bring the actions in the area(Processing) to the right of HeadlinePart in a new role center page. Documentation of Role Center designing is not clear. Any help on this?

If you look at the Business Manager Role Center page. If you have actions in the area(creation), they are moved to that desired spot.

Or you can have actions within a cuegroup that also are shown with the rest of the information, which is a more general way of having those next to the content you want (look at SO Processor Activities.
