I'm setting up the collection process and mistakenly clicked OK instead of Save on the Business document activity template, now I have a recurring error pop up and I cannot access the table to amend the activity template name.
When I set the Process details line to activity I had the option to add a new Business document activity template details via a new pop up, I was reviewing the page and clicked OK instead of cancel and it created a record without an Activity template name. Now it won't let me access this page to amend or delete. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
If you can, try to click the "New" in the "Business document activity template details" area, to make a new one, and this time name it.
Also, if i recreate this in my system, with sysadmin permissions, i can also click the "View Activity templates" link right next to "New"
When i do, i get a sidebar form that would let me delete the one without a TemplateName.

The other possibly longer way around might be to try to use power automate to interact with the CustAutomationActivityTemplate Entity, or you could try making it visible as a virtual Entity, but again, either of those will require permissions to do so...
