LCS System Diagnostic Error

Hi All,

I am able to install the System diagnostic from LCS to our server. Setup is done well.

The problem is when we run the data collection, system is looking for some store procedure from SQL. Please see event viewer logs.

Please help us on this! 

Looking forward to some inputs or resolution is much better so we can proceed.
