vendor payment proposal journal - locked by system?

Hi all,

we have a problem with vendor payment proposal journal. It was created, but couldn't be proceeded further. 

When anylising the problem I found out the checkbox "locked by system", it is activated in thas journal.

What does it actual mean, when it is activated? can I just unlock it?

    Can you navigate to optimization advisor from system advisor and check the opportunities to unlock this?

    Hi,

    Optimization advisor is a d365 feature (Ramit). The system marks this field when you start posting in order to prevent any intervention or a double posting attempt etc. Sometimes it remains marked. You can unmark it.
