Management reporter CU13 ERP integration

Hello,

I recently installed MR CU13 version, ERP integration along with successful deployment and successful full integration has been run. 2 days after this the ERP integration disappeared all of sudden and in the console i cannot see any integration which i was able to see 2 days ago. Is this possible that the integration is lost all of a sudden with out any manual intervention ? 

If anyone has experienced this situation, kindly help me out.

    Hi Clive,

    It is not possible that an integration is lost without human interaction.

    Can you try to find out what happened? Probably you can explore installation logs and the Windows event logs.

    Once I had a scenario where prepated data for a demonstration was lost. It appeared that someone copied an older virtual harddrive (backup) as he experienced some problems.
