exactly my question is....can I have the track of all my renewal payments on an insurance policy....normally what kind of entries can an coverage ledger contains

Hi,

You may record your renewal date on the posting date and the to know whether it's a renewal policy, you may use some of the Dimensions. You may track them based on these two combinations.

Hi,

Whichever Insurance Journal entries you post for a Fixed Asset are visible in Insurance Register -> Insurance Coverage Ledger.
