Accessing another users personal view

Hi,

I have just started in a new role as an analyst in Dynamics. Still working my way around it.

My question is, is there any way to access another users personal view if it hasnt been shared? She is unable to share it for some reason (I dont know the reason as I cant access the view) I have Admin permissions.

Thanks a lot,

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Ted W,

You can manage personal views created by users with this Plugin. Read this article for more information on it.

    Hi Ted,

Yes, you could refer to the following link.

    ledgeviewpartners.com/.../how-to-share-a-personal-view-in-microsoft-dynamics-365-crm

You could also try this tool.

    archive.codeplex.com

    Hope it helps.

    Best Regards

Evens System Admin cannot access other users’ personal views. That’s a limitation.

But you can use xrmtoolbox plugin - Personal views migration to play around.

Or can you check how is she sharing? Maybe she can send you screenshot if you know how she needs to share? It's simpler than going for any solution.

Unacceptable that personal views can't be managed by admins. User leaves and you're left looking like a fool because the IP is locked away. I'm not interested in using a third party tool for such a basic omission.

Is there anything on the development roadmap to remove this pain?
