Hi All,

I saved my Sure Steps Questionnaire in my work laptop and returned that laptop to my previous employer. Now, I don't have the questionnaire. Could someone be so kind and send me the Sure Step Questionnaire. I really appreciate that. I can't do gathering requirement without it. Thanks in advance.

Hello Kim,

There is still a lot of sure step stuff available on the customer source Website.

Please see for example: mbs.microsoft.com/.../resultscs.aspx

Yet, rather than using the 'traditional' sure step waterfall technique, have a look at the more modern and current agile method(s). A good point to start is this post kurthatlevik.wordpress.com/.../a-practical-guide-for-dynamics-365-iterative-implementation
