I would like to add the permission to "manage roles" for a team. Therefore add security roles to a team.
But I cannot work out the required privilege to enable this.
Do you now what permission is required to add a security role to a team?
Note: I do not want to give the person full sys admin rights, just for this setting.

It should have team and security role.
Note:
User can't assign the role which he doesn't have to others. For example: If user A have role1 and role2, the user can only assign role1 and role2 to others. When the user assign role3 to a team, the user would get error.
