Preventive Maintenance

Dear All Experts, 

I just start with Dynamics 365. I wish to accomplish the preventive maintenance system. Including all of these requirements:

  1. Contract ==> I believe it will be achieved by Entitlement.
  2. Scheduled Maintenance (ex: 2 times or 4 timers per year). How can we achieve this task with the specific resource and schedule invitation? ==> For resources, I will query from Field Service Resource.
  3. Customer Inventories ===> How can I manage Customer's inventories 
  4. Spare Part inventories  ===> How can I manage all of these devices? 
  5. Tool ==> How can I manage tools that I need to prepare for the Engineer during they are performing. 
  6. Can I use Service Order to process with the maintenance Checklist?

    Hi.

    Agreements will create the recurrence work orders, booking and invoices.

    To manage the inventory you will need to configure the products and warehouses first. Using the Work Order Product, Purchase Order and Inventory Management will give you the balance.

    The tools can be managed as resources (equipment), it will let you manage the availability.

    Configure the Incident Type with Service Tasks and Inspection to provide the checklist you need.
