Domain authentication for the Real time Marketing

Hi

I did the domain authentication, and I hosted the outbound MKT form successfully while the real-time one failed.

Do I need to do the domain authentication for two types of MKT forms at different places in the system?

Cheers,
Marvis

Domain authentication for the Real time Marketing
    Hi,

I do some tests and it is possible to have both real-time MKT and outbound MKT inside a domain.

    My procedure is as follows:
    Step1: Authenticate the domain.
1.Go to Marketing, go to Settings->Email marketing->domains-> New.

2.Copy the domain name from the URL of the customization page.

3.Paste the domain name and check the below two options and click add.

    4.Click Save and Close.

Please Note: If the hosted outbound MKT has pre-fill enabled, full validation is required.

    Step2: Host the outbound MKT.
1.Go to Marketing and go to Outbound Marketing->Internet marketing->Marketing Forms->Select the Form records to be hosted.

    2.Here is the designed Form.

3.Go to Form hosting tab, select + New Form page.

4.In Quick Create From Page, select + New Marketing website.

5.On the Quick Create: Marketing Website page, fill in the URL, which is the URL of the website where the hosted form is embedded. Click Save and Close.

6.In the Form hosting tab, on the Related marketing form pages card, select the record you just created.

    7.Copy this script code.

8.Open the website in the code editor and place the script code in the appropriate location. Save and refresh the website page.

9.The result will be as shown in the picture:

    Step.3 Host the real-time MKT

    1. Go to Real-time Marketing->Channels-> Forms->Select the Form record you want to host.
    1. Click Publish options.
    1. Copy the JavaScript code
    1. Embed the code in the same domain as the outbound MKT embed.
    2. The result will be as shown in the picture:

In addition, we have found that in some browsers a form cannot be displayed.

Your problem may be due to your customized web page. We recommend that you check that you have placed the code in the correct location.

It’s recommend that you raise a support ticket:

    Best Regards,
    Dengliang Li
