I have a client that has asked if there is a document or something that shows the changes to the tables etc, within NAV 2013 from NAV 2009 as they have a reporting tool that needs updating with the new structures. Does anyone know where I can lay my hands on such a document?

I'm not sure, but I am thinking there isn't such a document by Microsoft. Only partner can prepare document with parallel between old and new tables. The main change is in dimension functionality. Reporting tools are usually prepared for new versions.
