Is there any way in GP Run Macro file without flashing User Interface ? like IM

Yes. if you have GP Power Tools installed, there is a Play Macro Fast option.
Otherwise you need to use ShowAdvancedMacroMenu=TRUE in the Dex.ini to get the extended macro menu.

I checked with another resource and confirmed the checkbox “No User Interface Flash” is just a redraw thing on the GP UI.
Unfortunately, there is no way to make that not happen since that is just the GP UI doing that and there is no business logic in macros.
Sorry. I disagree.
I have added a Play Macro Fast option with GP Power Tools which does avoid the UI flash and it can be up to 3 times faster than normal macros.
Install GP Power Tools and activate the free 30 day trial period.
