Team Member License - Plugin/Real-time workflow

Hi,

If user will have Team Member license and I will create new Custom entitiy. I allowed to add plugin (custom bussiness logic) to this entity that will do some business logic when user creta/update record?

I found this article https://www.mindsunited.com/blog/2019/02/28/comparing-alternative-dynamics-365-license-types-team-members-vs-powerapps-plan-1-vs-powerapps-plan-2/ and I'm litle bit confusing what there is wrote about plugins and Team Member. If I tried to found some limitation about this in licensing guid there was no about this information.

    Team Member license users are not allowed to trigger plug-ins.

    Hi partner,

    • Real-time workflows are the same as plug-ins, they are not allowed to be triggered by users with a Team Member license.
    • Asynchronous (background) workflows are allowed to be triggered by users with a Team Member license.

    What about custom action in Workflow (docs.microsoft.com/.../configure-actions) Can I have a Button that will call Action on current record and do something.

    I don't find any information about limitation of action in Workflow and there is also nothing about restriction to plugin in Dynamics 365 Licensing Guide.

    - custom action in Workflow (docs.microsoft.com/.../configure-actions)

    - plugins, realtime workflow
