    Hi murat.uzun,

As per the documentation, you first need to install sales professional and then you need to upgrade it onto enterprise.

Let me know if I can provide you with more details.

    Thanks

    Hi murat.uzun,

Have you purchase License for sales enterprise?

What is the default environment you mentioned?

    pastedimage1661923536186v1.png

If the environment is default, it is not allowed to have D365 apps installed.

Also, if you do not select "Enable D365 Applications" when creating a new environment, then you will not have the ability to install D365 applications.

If all of above are ok, you can check whether the missing dependency mentioned in the error message exists in your org.

If present, use the UI to remove the active layer of these entities and retry the job, in the following way

    1. Navigate to entity mentioned in the error message from Solution Editor.
    2. Click on Solution Layer and remove the active solution.

Finally, you can open one ticket for Microsoft support for help:

Thank you for your support. It is as you said, the problem was the default environments. I created the installation in a new environment according to your description.

The installation went through and access to Dynamics Sales is now possible
