Our client wants to setup South African BCEA Leave with the accruals and forfeited rules, for example:
BCEA Annual Leave:
Entitled to 1.25 days per month (15 days per year)
BUT can carry forward 5 days to the next year. This 5 days Annual leave has to be used within the first 6 months or they will forfeit the leave after the 6 months.
- How do I do this setup?
- Can the system trigger notifications to be sent out to the employee to inform him/her about their Leave Balance and the date on which they will forfeit the leave?
