What is the best function to use calculate exactly material requirement for one sales order.
Example: Item -A (FG item) / Item B (Semi-finish item)
produce item A , i need 2 of item B.
Solution1. (Assembly BOM)
I create assembly BOM for item A. Put a sales order for 100 Qty of item A.
how can calculate material requirement from the system to that exact sales order ?
Solution 2
I create BOM for item A as considering production item, I put a sales order 100 qty of item A
how can calculate material requirement from the system to that exact sales order ?
Note: My requirement is calculate material against that exact sales order. There may be lot of sales order with same item. But what is the function to calculate material requirement to selected sales order(S) ?

You can use Order Planning for this. You will get line for each Sales Order. When you expand this line, you will get all lines from this sales order. For each line, you can run Line->Components and can see all requirements for this sales order. If you want, you can run Make Orders and create production order for this requirement.
Problem is because Order Planning calculate in only one level.
