We have a custom form, the electronic signature should appear only when we are going to approve a record through custom approval. All the set up was done for electronic signature, But the issue faced is, the electronic signature form is opening twice. Once we enter the "Electronic signature password". The electronic signature form is opening again. How do we eliminate that?Next: Electronic signature form is opened. Next : The password is entered. Next : The ISSUE : It is reopening the Electronic signature form.

As this is related to a customization, can you tell if you added coding on the form or table to trigger the signature or is it done with help of a configuration? Please provide more technical details about the form and the electronic signature set up.

we haven't added any extension, we have just added the set up for electronic signature, it is done with help of configuration.
In the electronic signature set up, we have used our custom table, which we use for approval process and on electronic signature configuration we have chosen the On Update event.
I have just tried the electronic signature on a custom table and form. I got the dialog only once. Can you verify if there is additional x++ logic on the form or table which is updating the record next to the standard update trigger from the form data source?
