Leave and absence plan cannot be deleted while dependant Leave and absence bank transaction exist. Delete dependant Leave and absence bank transaction and try again.

Hi Guys,

I am getting the error above when trying to delete a plan. However I can't even find this transactions, it also isn't even showing my plan in these tables. Does anyone know what I can do? I am in the right environment

Hi Matt,

Did you check the entity: Leave and absence bank transaction V2 from Data management and check the data using excel workbook designer.

Meanwhile, you can verify data in the entity: Leave and absence plan V2

Can you click on enable editing in excel and wait for loading data.

This is strange.

I did below and I can see data for entity: Leave and absence bank transaction V2

Open Excel workbook designer

Select the entity and select All fields

Enable editing

Enter the credentials

Refresh.

Make sure you are in the right company and have enough security roles assigned.

Go to System Admin > Links > Office integration > Excel workbook designer

Or just type Excel workbook designer in Search

Thanks Parag, managed to get them downloaded but still showing 0 records...

Hang on ignore those, it switched company. They are showing 1 records let me see if I can delete it.
