Team Member app can support case updating?

As we know from document that the Customer Service Team Member app can be used by employee to create case but no need other functions.

On the other hand we check the team member license only support to update some of entities and the case cannot be included in there entities. So my question is:

1) does Team Member app support to use by team member license user to create case?

2) if we do customization on this Team Member app only additional 15 customized entities can be added?

    1) does Team Member app support to use by team member license user to create case?

    Yes, they can.

    In the Customer Service Team Member app, you can perform the following tasks:

    • Create cases, read, and update the cases that you created.
    • Use the comments feature for your cases to interact with agents.
    • Search and view knowledge articles.

    Note:Grant the Customer Service Team Member role to the users who will access the app.

    2) if we do customization on this Team Member app only additional 15 customized entities can be added?

    Yes, you can't bring in more than 15 additional entities. Additionally, license enforcement is applied while using an app and not while creating or customizing it.
