Hey guys!

I have a Question concerning alerts in AX.

If I create an alert, everything works find. BUT, it lasts very Long till I get the alert.

If I want to get the alert by email, it also takes between 10 minutes and 2 Hours until I get the email.

What can I do?

    hey!

Thanks for that. But as I took a look at my Settings, I found out, ax polls for Allerts every 15 minutes.

How can this Long waiting time occur then?

    Hi,

Take a look at the batch job for the alerts and recurrence,

    docs.microsoft.com/.../about-alert-batch-execution

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamicsax-2012/appuser-itpro/configuring-alerts

    /Uday.
