I am working a rental equipment industries, we are planned to buy MS dynamics Nav , but how it is useful for our service management and rental management..

NAV will likely accomplish a lot of what you need right out of the box, but there will be areas that you can either get a certified add-on or customize. You'll hear different opinions from different folks, but as a product manager, my advice is to keep customizations to a minimum (some simple field additions, a custom table to track some legacy data, some custom reports, etc.) and to lean towards NAV specific add-ons for more in-depth needs.
For rental management, you will be best served by getting NAV + a certified add-on like Open Door, Armada, etc. You may also be interested in Asset Maintenance tracking modules like TAG.
There is built-in functionality for Service Management, but you can extend that to include offline mobile devices, GPS tracking, a graphical planning board, and so on with a solution like ExpandIT Mobile Service.

AJ Ansari sir , Thanks for that clear explanation, This is what exactly , i am on looking for , At the moment , i am also looking on open door rental management add on, i am from Singapore , I able to buy Nav in singapore , but the add on , is it available for shop in online ? and does this add on need any third party vendor role to implement in Nav ? Please Help me on this part too,,, thank you
My pleasure, Simbu. If you haven't implemented Open Door before, I think you would be well served to use their implementation services. It isn't the type of application that you'd just set up on your own and self-train. I don't believe it's in an app form online (on Microsoft AppSource); very few NAV add-ons are available on AppSource. The Open Door team is located in Canada, but I'm sure they would be flexible to accommodate your time zone.
