
Why can't we pull up anything in the knowledge base. I've been getting a connection timed out message for 2 days.

I have the same question (0)I have completely lost the ability to download files on my W7 computers. The file transfer manager never appears. Yesterday I tried going back to an old WXP computer and it worked fine. While the transfer was occurring I copied the address back to my W7 computers and I could get the transfer to begin just fine. So I will keep that XP computer running just so I can perform downloads. Whatever the handoffs are in the process is where the problem is.
