Using postLoad() method in entity not work in office integration

Hello everyone, everything good ?

Guys, I'm trying to use the office integration to print a sales report in a word template.

For that I created ummapped fields in an entity, of the virtual type.
I used the postLoad method to load data in these fields, and some fields have as origin, the result of the return of find methods in other tables.
What happens is that if I test the entity via a runnable class, the postLoad method normally works. But when I try to export the word report, no fetching of data from another table in the postLoad method works.

How could I resolve this?
