For some reason that our MS partner nor MS can figure out, our Customer Service Team Member app has a status of Suspended and will not allow me to enable it.
Anyone know what can be done? I do not think it has anything to do with our D365 Team Member licenses.

Hi Teresa, support looked at the licenses and did not find anything wrong. I need to call the Billing team next. Thanks.
