So one of our clients has had some issue with their pdf printing. They normally print to the file and choose Adobe Acrobat as the printer. They got a new computer a few months back and were having all kinds of issues with the distiller. We followed some instructions on the adobe page and got it working.
Now today, several weeks after our first fix, they got the following error message: "When you create a PostScript file you must rely on system fonts and use document fonts. Please go to the print properties, "Adobe PDF Settings" page and turn OFF the option "Rely on system fonts only: do not use document fonts."
We went and turned that setting off but now it saves as a PostScript file that needs converted instead of just printing straight to PDF. We have them choosing Printer at the moment and Print to PDF as a workaround, but they would like to use the adobe Acrobat option as it cuts out a few steps. Any ideas?
