Mobile Device Cycle Count Error (CU9)

Hello!

We recently upgraded to 2012-R3-CU9, and now get an error on the mobile device when doing cycle counting:

Creating cycle count work through a cycle count plan (works fine)
Enter a "starting location" on the mobile device, and the system loads the screen with Product Info for the item to be counted.
Inventory Status is preset to "Available" by the mobile device.
As soon as I enter a quantity, I get the error "The Status is Not Valid". It also clears the Status field (but doesn't allow it to be changed)

For setup, I am using "Use Work" and "Cycle Count grouping". We have exactly the same setup as our CU8 environment had, and everything worked well there...

Is there something specific to CU9 I need to consider?

Hi HMW, there was a bug in CU9 where this error message would come up when doing cycle count on non-license plate controlled locations. A hotfix has been issued with KB 3077242 which you can find here:
