I need your support int the following please:
I have CRM dynamics + USD, and the client needs to apply the following:
1- Enable the knowledge Base in both CRM web and USD
2- Enable a survey management, does the CRM dynamics has it's own survey module?, if no, can we develop one using CRM dynamics or it's better to buy a ready made survey management and just integrate with it.
3- The CRM dynamics supervisor (user) will receive the survey report and based on this report the supervisor will evaluate his employees, so we need a report from the survey system and evaluation form based on that report.
4- the client needs an "agent scripting" system, some questions will be asked to the customer and based on customer's answer the system will redirect the customer to the appropriate way. does the CRM dynamics have this module?, if no, can we develop this module using CRM dynamics or it's better to buy a ready made system and integrate with it.
Please advise.
