Hello,
I am a dynamics 365 customer engagement user which in my understanding also includes Field Service model.
However when I try to install the plugin from AppSource it appears as a trial.
Why?

If you have a "Customer Engagement Plan" license then yes, Field Service is included. You would either install it part of the initial instance setup or later through the D365 Admin Center>Instances>Solutions. Not sure what you found on Appsource, can you share a screenshot or a URL?
There is an issue related to versions. In 3 different places I get different versions:
Here its says Latest version is 8.6.0.274 - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/field-service/version-history
On Dyanmics 365 admin its says Latest version is 8.7.0.105
On AppSource -8.4
#2 is correct and also the place from where you should install. Installation instructions for preferred solutions can be found here: docs.microsoft.com/.../install-remove-preferred-solution Let me know if you succeed.
