Form Capture Submission not pulling in

Hi,

I've tried the Dynamics 365 for Marketing form capture on a form for a client's company website.

Visits are tracked but not submissions.

I created the form capture, added script to web page, mapped the fields. See:

Please help me troubleshoot and fix.

    Hi,

    Have you tried to change the behavior of the form capturing by adding the following attributes to the HTML/script you receive via Capture Form:

    data-ignore-prevent-default="true"

    data-no-submit="true"
