Cannot open Time Entry entries in main form from the Grid view

I have done a minor customisation to the Time Entry - Entry Edit Form (main form) and tweaked the the view My Weekly Time Entries adding a field to it.

When I create a time entry, I can edit with the Edit Entry button, but if I choose Open Entry, the Information main form will not show - the entry opens with just the fields from the entry edit form.

I have checked the form order and ensured that the Information main form has all security groups enabled.

Does anyone have any idea why I have lost the ability to view the Information form from this button or how to force it back?

Hi Phil ,

Try to compare the configuration with vanilla instance and also check if all the Forms are enabled for UCI.

I fixed this by copying the full URL of the opened window, pasting it into a new tab and appending the URL with the correct Information form id '&formid=<guid>'. I could then click Save and this appears to overwrite the cache. Close this tab and refresh the original page. Now when selecting open, the record opens in the Information form.
