Cannot delete a record in on-hand inventory checks (InventSumDeltaDim) table lock on Scanners, creating Transfer order, Sales orders and Purchase orders

I have been getting a lot of the following error in various situations where I am editing something, picking something, posting a journal, creating a transfer, trying to close a window – basically no matter what I do in an scenario in any part of AX

At no point has this error popped up when I’ve been attempting to “delete a record” of anything – this error never has anything to do with what I’m trying to accomplish yet it keeps preventing me from doing my daily tasks.
