Session registration from the Event Portal is not transmitted

Hello everyone! We have enabled the "Allow registrants to create their own agenda" feature at our event. Accordingly, interested parties can choose between three different sessions in the event portal and register for them. However, for one of our registrants we only get the event registration displayed in the backend, the session registration remains empty. No cancellation has taken place. In the marketing form submission of the associated custom form, it says "undefined" under "d365mktEvent_attendeeSessions" instead of the ID of the corresponding session(s). So we also have no information about which session he is interested in and cannot manually add it.

We would be very grateful if someone has a short term solution or idea how to proceed in this case.

Hi Marvin, i have tried your scenario but didn't manage to replicate, do I understand correctly, that it is only one of multiple registrants where you observe such scenario? in that case, it seems like a specificity about this particular user and I suggest you troubleshoot with support team? thank you, Diana

    Hi Martin,
We are faced with the same problem: for several contacts who registered there are no related session registrations. My tests with the event portal show that it is technically impossible to finish a registration without selecting any sessions. So we're puzzled as to how this could have happened.
Did you manage to figure out what the cause of the problem was, eventually? And how to prevent it from happening again?
    Thanks
    Joris
