Hi,

I am new to customer engagement marketing module.

Landing pages are created but they in going live status for many days.

I am not sure why it's in going live why cannot it is getting live?

Anyone could help me to understand or troubleshoot

Hi Aniket,

This could be because of provisioning issue. You may try restarting the portal.

Steps:

Navigate to admin center Applications

Select Portal provisioned for organization

Click on Manage

Manage portal actions

I did not actually followed the above steps but today i see pages are live.

Somehow it worked.
