Permissions for Posting/Register Sales Invoice in Cartera Module

Hi,

we are facing permission issue when trying to register a sales credit memo in NAV 2016 CU8: "you do not have permission to apply or unapply documents in cartera module"

Does someone know how to grant such permissions?

Or

Take help of developer and debug where you are getting this error.

With SUPER role we are able to execute it correctly. Running the recording of permission tracking, there are no results about permissions required to perform this action.

Take help of developer for debug .It might be some customized permission based on user or permission.

Hola Luis,

The permission should be granted by your NAV license. This module is used in Spain and in Portugal, at least.

You may be getting this error message due to using Payment Methods that are posting to Cartera. Check if you have any payment method code that has a check mark on "Invoices to Cartera" or "Create Bills".
