Hi,
I would like to add the record URL to the Case (incident) Email Template. Is there any out of the box feature I can use?

You can prepopulate the record Url using Create Email option of workflow, but not in a templated email.

I'm not aware of any out of the box feature.
You can generate the URL msdn.microsoft.com/.../gg328483.aspx via a plug-in or workflow assembly or JavaScript on the page and include it in a field on the case record and copy it from there in the email template.
