Configure a dynamic list to include not-engaging contacts for two mailings

Hello,

I want to create a dynamic marketing list with contacts who have received two specific mailings but didn't open any of those. I only found out a solution for one mailing:

I tried this string to include more than one mailing but it doesn't work (result is 0 contacts found):

When I add more than one mailing in the "Email send" field, this is interpreted as an OR and not an AND:

Can anyone please help to make this work?
